September Updates

Here are some updates on what we’ve been up to over the last couple months:

  • WHY is currently storyboarding 3 video ideas for new songs.
  • WHY is working on concert dates for the late fall and winter — stay tuned!
  • WHY is currently in the studio writing and recording a new album. The first single has been released: “DO IT SCARED”. Please request “DO IT SCARED” at your local radio stations.
  • WHY was recently featured in a IMAX film about Winnipeg rock bands.
  • WHY opened for UNCLE KRACKER this summer in Fisher River.

Debut of ‘Prisoner of Hope’ Video

WHY wrote the song “Prisoner of Hope” on Dec 10th, 2009, not knowing that weeks later Haiti would be hit by a deadly earthquake. The song’s lyrics seemed strangely appropriate.

The single is available for download at cdbaby.com/whytheband3 and 100% of the download profits are being donated to UNICEF for their ongoing work in Haiti. When you download this song, you are investing in Haiti’s future.
